Yum, Yum, Nutrients (Marmite)
Advantages: Contains loads of essential nutrients Disadvantages: You either love it or you hate it Well as we all know from the t.v you either love it or you hate it. I have to say that I love it. It's great on toast for breakfast with loads of nutrients in it!!! So if you're struggling to get your necessary vitamin B12 and folic acid, good for if you're trying to concieve then I suggest you eat some marmite. It also contains: Niacin and Thiamin & Riboflavin whioch help your body to digest essential nutrients from the rest of the food you eat. As well as containing essential nutrients its also low in fat and very low in sugar so its not bad for you either. However you should be aware that it does contain a lot of salt. To make marmite even better it has recently been brought out in a new squeezy tub to help you get the very last drops. I really recommend that you try marmite!! Summary: I LOVE IT! |
