Advantages: Yummy, good for you,vitamin B12

mmmmmmMarmite, lovely lovely stuff-what do you mean, yuk? It's gorgeous,but then if you dont like it you probably wont be reading this review anyway i guess?

Marmite is one of those rare things in life that is not only scrummy it is good for you too, yes it has a lot of salt but you are only using a small bit anyway and it is very good for veggies as it contains B vitamins that are hard to find in non meat products.

The ingredient are,yeast extract,salt,vegetable extract (see,it's got vegetables in-that must count as one of your 5 a day...doesn't it?), Niacin, Thiamin, Spice extracts,Riboflavin,Folic acid (v good for pregnant women) and vitamin B12.

Yes it is quite pricy,but you are only using a small amount so it lasts for ages, the jar i have is a 125g jar but there is a smaller and larger jar also available .

Writing this has made me hungry so i'm off for some cheese and marmite on toast :-)
