Disadvantages: sweet?

Mars bars are a great classic chocolate bars that have been around for ever.

A Mars bar comes in a distinct black package that any one that has been around for two or 50 years will recognise immediately.

Inside the wrapper you get tasty yet unremarkable looking rectangular slab of chocolate.

Inside the bar you get A tasty layer of a sweet golden caramel. As well as that you get a brownie white layer of nougat. The chocolate is sweet and creamy, the caramel is sweet and sticky and the nougat is sweet and sticky too! The result as you can imagine is a very sweet bar of chocolate all three things are very sweet and combined the effect is rather sickly for some. The texture is nice as when the bar is chilled the outer layer of chocolate is firm and crisp and the inside is squishy and sticky, very nice.

I however, enjoy the Mars bar in moderation. It is sweet but I find it to be very tasty.

You can buy a single Mars for about 30 to 50 pence, you can also get multipacks for good prices depending on where you shop. You can't miss the distinct black wrapper. I warn you it is quite sweet so not for those without a sweet tooth.
