I forgot how good this was! (Mars Bar)

Advantages: Differnt textures very sweet

Disadvantages: More then one and you'll feel sick!

I hadn't had a maes chocolate bar for ages but seeing it sitting on the sehlf it seemed to be calling me and so I decided to treat myself.

The packaging as far as I can remember doesnt seem to have changed at all and compared to other chocolate bars is quite simple and not very bright at all! The background colour is black with mars written in the centre in red with a goldish brown outline. Although its not bright it definatley stands out on the shelf it seems the red on black immeditaley draws your attention which is why I am eating it now!

The chocolate bar iteself is quite a chunky one which is never a bad thing is it?! Inside there is a soft nougut which on top of that has a lovely caramel layer and finaly you have a very thick layer of chocolate which covers the whole bar...yum!

Even when you open this packet you get a sweet aroma coming out of the packet and it smells like quite expensive chocolate as the cocoa is such a strong smell.

On biting into the mars the chocolate crunches and is creamy, the caramel is like that of cadburys caramel very golden in colour and very sweet and velvety smooth. The nougut is soft and also it sweets your teeth easily sink into this and it is one of my favorite parts. Whats I love about Mars so much is the fact there is so many differnt textures, as the chocolate is quite hard and has a crunch the caramel is velety smooth and the nought is so soft and airey!

I have to say that this is the only chocolate bar which actualy fills me up, I dont think I oculd eat more then one as it is very rich and sweet and so any more then that and I think I would feel sick, however as a treat it is lovely!
