~Mars Bar what is it?~
The Mars Bar has been in our lives for 77 years! It is a 58g bar containing nougat, caramel and covered with milk chocolate. It costs around 37p, it is very popular all over the world.

~Is it nice~
The Mars bar is a classic, it is delicious and chewy, I like to eat it at room temperature, so the chocolate melts slightly and the nougat is soft but not very chewy.

~Is it bad for you~
Sadly yes, in moderation though its fine, just as anything is. But it does have 259 calories, so it really isn't very good for you. When I'm looking for a chocolate bar, I have to take calories into consideration, so frequently chocolate bars like Mars and Twix don't' get a look in. If you consider that 2 fingers of Kit Kat is only 106 calories, less than half, then you wonder if a delicious Mars bar is worth it.

It comes in a very recognizable black wrapper with the word Mars written on it, although there have been variations.

~And in conclusion~
A lovely chocolate bar for a treat, but it might be better not to have too many of these high calorie fiends, they a re a little addictive!
