The mars bar used to be one of my favourite chocolate bars, but I soon went off of it as it just got sickening. I used to have one almost every day and it is quite a rich and filling chocolate bar, and I just went off of it. I can eat them nowadays but I must be pretty hungry to do so or I will feel sick.

The chocolate bar is coated in milk chocolate and is filled with dense ingredients inside. Inside is some nougat on the bottom along with some thick caramel on the top. You can get a standard 58g bar for 46p, which isn't too bad but the price has shot up over the years.

The Mars bar comes in a black wrapper, which emphasises its name that it is out of this world. In a red round writing is the Mars logo with a beige outline. The wrapper is very simple and it stands out on a shelf. You can buy this chocolate bar in supermarkets across the UK as well as confectionary shops.

It's quite filling due to the dense ingredients. The normal sized bar is 46p but you can buy a king size (mars duo) bar for 59p, which is 85g in weight. This is obviously a lot better value but I would only really recommend it if you are really hungry as the chocolate bar is quite filling.

It has quite a nice flavour from all the ingredients. The milk chocolate is lovely and the caramel is quite sweet and gives it a chewy texture. The nougat adds to the texture and flavour to make it soft and chewy, which overall gives a really nice chocolate bar.

Some people like to deep-fry their Mars Bars, but they do actually look rather disgusting when you do this. However, you never know, they may taste wonderful! There are many other Mars products out there such as the Mars Planets and Mars Delight, but I think this is one of the nicer ones. I would recommend trying it as it's really filling and the lovely blend of flavours is delicious.
