Mars Delight is a spin-off the well-known chocolate bar called Mars Bar. It features two short pieces with a rippled wafer centre surrounded by a sweet caramel flavoured cream, all coated in delicious milk chocolate.

The packaging is quite attractive and it looks like an expensive chocolate bar which it is. The classic Mars logo is imprinted on top of slightly glossy cream-coloured packaging bearing two pieces of Mars delight. The stylish white script that spells 'delight' and the touch of black behind the Mars logo really does give the packaging an attractive look. All nutritional information along with ingredients and a vague description is located discretely on the packaging. It is hard to say who Mars Delight is aimed at but I think that it is meant to appeal to teenagers and younger men and women.

The bar really is delightful to eat. The crisp wafer core enhances the taste of the delicious caramel flavour cream which carries a subtle hint of that trademark Mars caramel taste. The milk chocolate outer coating is surprisingly smooth and blends in brilliantly with the wafer and the caramel cream to deliver an smooth and crispy chocolate experience. In a way the taste feels very familiar and while it does have a good taste, it isn't anything extraordinary.

Because there are two short pieces, the bar is also perfect to share or you can indulge yourself twice! There is also a 'snack-size' bar and a multipack which contains four of these two piece bars.
