Advantages: none that i can see
Disadvantages: sickly, cloying, high in fat
This chocolate bar appeared in a selection box I had for Christams and never having had one before I thought I would leave it til last and review it.
The bar weighs 40g and comes in a pale gold wrapper with 'delight' in big letters and Mars in smaller ones. The name and the pale colours would seem to give the impression that this is a low calorie or 'lite' bar but that is far from the truth at nearly 14g of fat per 40g .
The bar itself is seperated into 2 halves (bit like a bounty) so itook one half and bit into it-inside the coating of chocolate is a layer of rippled biscit which is really light and tasty, also there is a layer of caramel cream and chocolate cream which I found to be really artificial tasting and very stodgy. after the first half i was feeling a bit sick which is very unlike me! In the name of research i decided to carry on with the second half but I regret that now. The cloying cream layer sticks to your mouth leaving a not very nice after taste.
I'd rather 'spend' my calories on a mars bar, i wouldnt recommend this bar to anyone!
Summary: have a mars bar instead
