**Introduction**

After watching my Beloved Manchester United move easily through to the fourth round at the expense of Southampton I decided to walk to the local newsagents to get a couple of chocolate bars. One of the bars I chose was Mars Delight which I had not bought for a while but was very impressed when it first came out on the market. Even though it is from the Mars brand it is pretty different in several ways to the normal Mars bar.

**Mars Delight**

If you are wondering what this bar is like then here is some information about the bar. It's middle is a crispy wafer which is surrounded by caramel cream, chocolate cream and is of course covered in Milk Chocolate. Inside the wrapper you will find two small bars which make up Mars Delight. They have a rippled milk chocolate pattern which covers the rest of the delightful ingredients.

**Price and Stockists**

You can easily find this bar in just about everywhere that sells the standard Mars bar and a variety of other chocolate. I paid 55p for my bar but you may be able to find the bar a little cheaper if you look around. You can also buy these bars in multipacks like the one shown with this review item. These are typically available for just over £1 or so. Which is about standard for a chocolate bar of this size.

**The Taste**

I really like the Taste of the standard Mars Bar and this Mars Delight is just as good. The crispy wafer centre combines really well with the chocolate and caramel creams which are the delightful fillings of the bar. Although the Milk Chocolate is not as thick as on other Mars confectionery it is still enough for the good of this bar. A superb tasting chocolate treat.

**Overall**

I am very impressed by Mars Delight and as the two bars combined only adds up to 198 calories it is also a pretty low calorie treat compared to other chocolate bars which will usually have around 250 calories in each bar. So in summing up Mars Delight are a very tasty chocolate treat which are great for a wide range of chocolate lovers old and young.
