Advantages: Don't melt in the hand and can be easliy smuggled into cinemas

Disadvantages: Dont put in your back pocket. Excess can make you feel sick

These are the survial rations of our choice when heading to the Cinema. Have found that just like the advert says they do not melt in the hand (however they do melt quite badley in my husbands back pocket as he had discovered- very messy). We like to have a pack open between us whilst watching the film, it has to be a large pack otherwise they run out pretty quick as we usually take two at a time. We compete to see how long we can make one last, how quicly we can turn the candy shell white and how quickly we both feel sick!

We once tried the cadburys version - shots, but this were not anywhere near as good. The candy shell was more brittle and the chocolate suprisingly as I love cadburys did not taste as creamy as the minstrels.

So for us when going to the cinema it will always be minstrels. Also good when sitting in bed watching a film or on long car journeys (again must stress the keeping them in a coolish place.)

Summary: Crispy coated disks of creamy chocolate.
