Mars White Maltesers Ice Cream

Maltesers are a very popular treat all over the UK. They have developed into all sorts of off shoots. The standard size packs, large packs, white chocolate maltesers and maltesers in celebration packets, smaller size servings etc. I do not like regular sized Maltesers as weirdly when I eat them I feel like they scratch my teeth. I love size of maltesers that you get in celebration boxes, where they are more chocolate and lots of little separated chunks of honeycombe. My guess is that everyone reading this review will have tried a malteser at some point in there life. Just to go over it, maltesers are round chocolatey balls with a malt, crunchy centre and chocolate coated all over the outside. So it doesn't take a genius to take a guess at what malteser ice cream will be. Basically its like maltesers blended with ice cream. Mostly, the ice cream gives off the taste that the inner part of a malteser gives. The dominant chocolate in maltesers still coats the outside but also has flakes in the ice cream as well. You will all be aware of Maltesers and most of you will know White Maltesers. well these are a new White Maltesers ice cream lolly. White Maltesers were introduced as a limited edition Christmas promotion in 2003. However, they were popular enough for Mars to continue producing them. In 2005 they made White Maltesers Ice Cream.
