When you peel off the wrapper it reveals a bright, yellow, shiny sweet which to me looks really appealing. If you read the other review I put on today then you will know that we were bombarded with loads of sweets and chocolate this christmas. I'm more of a lover of chocolate but my hubby prefers chewy sweets. We were given a huge hamper of 'retro sweets' and within that were tonnes of refreshers. Refreshers come in a turquoise wrapper and there is quite an art to pulling it off as it sticks to the sweet itself. As there is no picture to accompany this product I am guessing that this is the refresher chew that you can buy from the corner shop. That is the one I am going to review anyway. I haven't had one of these chews for years and years, but bought a packet of children's variety mix ready for Trick or Treaters this evening, but have had so few callers that I am resigned to eating a few treats myself. Ho hum!!! Refresher chews come in 2 sizes, can't see any weights on them anywhere so you will have to use your imagination. The one that retails for 2p is about the same size as an eraser and one that retails for 10p that is about the same size as a 15cm ...
