If there's one thing I love with a salad it's a few slices of Mattesson's Smoked Pork Sausage, which for those of you who don't know is a ready cooked sausage that can be found in the chiller cabinet in the supermarket. I'm fond of the humble Matteson's Pork Sausage. Back in the day you used to only get this variety, whereas thesedays you get this one, reduced fat, Hot and spicy and Garlic flavours. So what is this? It is a Smoked Pork Sausage. The sausage is a kind of u shaped sausage, and you have to cut it up yourself. This way you can slice it thin, or cut it into thick chunks, however you like it. Summary Tasty sausage with a smoky taste. Has two levels of packaging so will keep well and stay fresh. A reduced fat version is available for the health conscious who just cannot give up sausages! Taste It is similar to a hot dog rather than a straight butcher's sausage, espeically in terms of texture. It is smooth in the centre.
