Mattessons Hot & Spicy Smoked Pork Sausage
Newest Review: ... by the aroma of a deep tangy and spicy smell. The sausage itself looks massive, in its horseshoe shape. It is firm and ... more  ... gratefully looks appetising; after all they say the first bite is with the eye.
Once cut into it actually looks like a large firm hot dog sausage. But don't be fooled it really is lovely, if a little unhealthy.

It has a good 'bite' to it, a bit like a hot dog sausage only far firmer. The taste is thankfully not too over powering and you do get the right mix of traditional sausage with the spicy taste and a distinctive pork flavour and boy does it have a kick.

Promising a hot sausage, you will not be disappointed. It shows the large sausage contained within. Once inside the sausage is further wrapped in a vac sealed plastic sleeve.
