Pure Dairy Free Soya Spread This has 533 calories per 100g, with 59g fat 14g of which are saturates. The tub states “a deliciously light tasting spread made with all the goodness of Soya for everyday enjoyment”. It boasts no Hydrogenated oils, no artificial additives, low in saturates and high in polyunsaturates. I noticed this in the fridge compartments whilst I was looking for butter. At 73p for a 500g tub, it was good value, whatever the taste really! I like butter because of the taste, and most margarines are pretty tasteless, not to mention the fact that they’re only 1 molecule away from being plastic.
