It was whilst I was shopping in my local Farmfoods frozen food store a few months or so ago that I was picking up some frozen bits and pieces to re-stock my freezer. One such item on my list was frozen potato wedges. I did reach for the bog-standard 'own branded' wedges but noticed the brightly coloured packaging of the "McCain Summer Wedges" as I did so, and after scanning the packaging for the McCain offering I decided instead to go for this option. Now I know that we are heading towards Autumn ( well after going shopping today and buying my winter woollies!), but I cannot not tell you about these delicious McCain Summer Wedges! I discovered these about 2 months ago when browsing around in one of our local Morrisons and thought that these would go nicely with the B-B-Q that we was going to have that afternoon. They were on special offer for only £1 so I grabbed two bags as my son and his girlfriend were coming over.
