When my Mum returned from a recent 'spree' in our local Poundland I was very pleased to see that she'd picked up some chocolate (never turn down a freebie me!). There are 10 penguin mini rolls for £1.00 in our local Poundland and I'm not sure if you can purchase these anywhere else as I don't recall seeing them. Inside the celophane wrapping there is two plastic trays each holding five penguin mini rolls. They are wrapped in lots of different, vibrant colours. TASTE As soon as this hits my mouth i can feel all the textures and taste hitting my taste buds. This snack is absolutely delicious and i love all mcvitie makes. okay so this chocolate is made from pure lovely tasting chocolate, the cocoa comes straight from Ghana a place of great poverty and disease. TASTE=10/10 PACKAGING the packaging is just okay, all i can say is that it is just okay i mean come on, a hundred million dollar company could have thought of a design to use instead of that one. all i can say is that i am disappointed in mcvitie for bringing shame upon themselves (i am very disappointed in ... I love the taste of the chocolate biscuits, there is something about them that differentiates them from other chocolate biscuits, possibly it's down to the layering, but for me the penguin taste ... I first tried Mcvitie Penguin Mini Rolls only last month. I was walking along Home Bargain's scanning the chocolate section when these 8 pack chocolate caught my eye. I have always been a big fan of Penquin Bars so was intrigued to try this new product out and was very pleased that i did. The pack is very similar to the original pack with the dark red background and the Mcvitie logo at the top left. Also the blue and white Penquin illustration sitting at the bottom. I must say straight off you can also get these in a 12 pack. Inside, the Mini Rolls are wrapped in different coloured wrapping. I love opening the wrappers to reveal the gorgeous ...
