McVitie's Mini Cookies Choc Chip
Advantages: Good for packed lunches.
I like to eat lots of sweets or chocolates but at the weekend I normally like to eat more then as my family and friends visit more at this time and my grandchildren come to stay or visit and I like to offer them something for a treat and some of my family and friends have small children and so when I recently saw these mini cookies for only 67p for a pack of 6 bags, I thought I would buy 2 packs and save some money because they are normally priced at around £1.30 and so they were a bargain price.
They come in the pack with 6 individual 25g bags, they are a nice small sized packet and inside there are around 7 small round biscuits, they have tiny chocolate chips in the biscuit and the texture of them are nice and crunchy, they are a lovely tasting biscuit, they are nice and light and melt in the mouth, they are around the size of a 2p piece, which is just the right size for small children and my grandchildren just love these, there are just the right amount in the pack too for a treat for them.
These biscuits are of a very good quality indeed and for the usual price, they are still very good value for money, they are ideal for packed lunches and picnics and I have in the past used these for parties as they are nice nibbles.
Each bag contains 123 calories, 7.6g sugars, 5.8g fat and 0.2g of salt.
They also contain no artificial colours or flavours and they are manufactured by McVitie's a very well known brand of foods and they make superb biscuits and these are superb too.
These are very satisfying after they have been eaten, and have eaten these for lunch and while on the go and a bag is handy for me to put in my car and eat them while out and about, and I find that they are a little moreish for me, as I just love biscuits and the texture of these are nice and crunchy, even though the size of them are quite small, the taste is just as good and the quality.
With these biscuits, the taste of the chocolate chip can be tasted, although the amount is only tiny, the taste is apparent straight away, when I place them in bowls for the children, they always like them that way for some reason, and I love the satisfaction they give.
I really think these are fabulous for children as a snack as there are only a small amount in the bag and they tend to think they have eaten more, and I they sometimes say they are so hungry and a bag of these satisfies they hunger until their main meal time.
I highly recommend these for anyone to try, as I think they are extremely good value for money and excellent quality too, and look out for the special offers as they can save you a lot of money.
I give these 5 stars.
