The biscuit itself is the same as all mcvities digestive, the right amount of crunch, without all crumbling in your hand and has the right amount of sweetness to it. The caramel is quite a thinish layer, but this is all you need as any more it would be an over sickly treat. I like the texture of it as you can eat it without dunking, which I can not normally do as I find the biscuits too dry, but this adds a nice sort of moistness to it.
