Advantages: The taste.

Disadvantages: The price and the calories!

These McVities chocolate caramel digestives are a work of art, the digestive biscuit itself is a great biscuit but in truth a bit limited, the chocolate digestive is super delicious and a great favourite with many, so the geniuses at McVities have now added caramel to the mix and come up with something so moreish it is frightening.

Ok so simply explained this biscuit is a digestive biscuit with a layer of caramel and then a layer of chocolate and the three complement each other so well it is absolutely delicious. The Mcvities digestive is the best digestive money can buy and the caramel is a nice chewy caramel that is not too sweet and the chocolate is a nice quick melting creamy chocolate and they all go together to make a mouth watering taste.

This biscuit has two setbacks though; the first is the price, for a packet containing around 16 biscuits you will have to part with around £1.20. The second setback is the calories, the fat and the sugar contained in these biscuits, each biscuit contains 81 calories, 5.3g of sugar and 3.7g of fat so you have to try not to binge but as I said at the beginning of this review, they are very moreish!!

Summary: Expensive but brilliant.
