I brought these biscuits ages ago and didn't like them very much but my mate come over to watch a film with me last night and she brought a load of munchies including a packet of these because we both love biscuits.

They are chocolate digestives with a layer of caramel between the biscuit and the chocolate. I think they are on special offer at Sainsburys at the minute but my mate couldn't find her receipt so I'm not sure.

We all know that chocolate digestives are the best biscuits like EVER so I don't know why they've spoilt them like this. The caramel is only in a thin layer but its so strong that it wrecks the taste because the whole biscuit tastes of it now and even the chocolate tastes dead weak through it.

The biscuit is nice and crunchy and tastes like a normal digestive under the sicky caramel flavour but even the texture is spoilt because the caramel makes the biscuit taste chewy and that means it doesn't drop crumbs as well and thats one of the best things about digestives.

The chocolate seems a bit thinner than usual on these biscuits but that's probably to make up for how sweet the caramel is but it means the taste of the chocolate isn't as good as usual. I could taste it a bit but not much.

The biscuits aren't really as sweet as I expected but the caramel still makes them proper sickly and I could only eat 2 before giving my mate the packet back. I like the proper chocolate ones much better and won't buy these again even though I normally love caramel flavoured things.

My mum said there is loads of fat in these biscuits and she's right because I just looked on the website and theres 3.7g in every biscuit. My mate ate about 10 so I hope she went to the gym today!!!!!!!
