Advantages: Nice biscuit

Disadvantages: crumbly

I have not bought these biscuits for a while now. I have decided not to buy biscuits otherwise I only eat them.

I am not content to just look at the green packet that has a strip with pictures of these cream biscuits. There is also and the Lyles Golden lion with bees emblem on it too.
I would just have to pull that golden strip to open the packet and then I would have to take out a biscuit.
There are 200g of biscuits in this pack

I would not be content to just look at the golden brown 45mm round sandwich biscuit which has a creamy filling. The biscuit is a rough textured.
I would just have to take a bite of this biscuit after one bite I would just have to eat the rest. The biscuit are oaty, sweet made with Lyle's golden syrup. The filling is a sweet creamy filling. These biscuits are a bit like Fox's golden crunch biscuits.
These biscuits are good crunchy but crumbly.

There is wheat in these biscuit and possible traces of nut. So be warned if you have allergies do check the packs.

I can only find the price of these biscuits on line at http://www.englishteastore.com/mcbi.html for $3.50 I do wonder if McVities still actually make these. If you know please let me know.

Summary: A golden syrup cream sandwich biscuit
