... Milk Chocolate Digestives are round wheatmeal biscuits with one side covered in milk chocolate and usually come in packs of 200g, 300g or 400g. Tastewise, they are quite a treat, though a bit too sweet for my taste, though a tiny bit dry - so always keep a glass of water, or even better milk, handy so you don t end up coughing. They are advertised as healthy due to 45% wheat and wholemeal content and no hydrogenated fat, so if you look past the fact that they are also quite chocolatey, you could even have them as breakfast or brunch when you don t feel like making much else or simply have an empty fridge.
