lisajo McVities Go Ahead Apple Fruit Bakes: ... recently bought these Fruit Bakes from Tesco on a 2 boxes for £3.00 offer where the regular price is £1.99 for a box of 6. I bought one box of Apple and one box of Strawberry flavour. I could see no other flavours on the shelves. ... have eaten Jaffa Cakes almost for all of my life. This brand has lasted so long because they are almost the perfect biscuit/cake. They have the lightest cakey coating, which if you leave in your mouth for long enough, and try this, it melts in your mouth. Also, at the top of the Jaffa Cake, the chocolate coating is the perfect amount so that it compliments the rest of the biscuit/cake. As well as this, the tangy orange centre of the Jaffa Cake is beautifully sticky and it has a very inviting smell and flavour. Looks like any normal digestive really, but slightly smaller in size than a standard chocolate digestive, these have chocolate on one side with caramel under it and the biscuit is visible on the flip side. ... As I only work part time these days I tend not to have a lunch break. Instead I grab a snack from the vending machines and I have to admit to being very partial to these Mini Cheddars. Price: These Mini Cheddars are made by McVities who make a variety of biscuits, snacks and crisps, probably the most famous being either Penguin or Jaffa Cakes. I have seen these Mini Cheddars on sale for anything between 45p and 60p for a standard 50g packet.
