... Ginger Cake is made by Mcvities. The company were established in 1830 in Edinburgh, Scotland. They are probably better known in England for producing biscuits. The cake is part or a range of slab cakes made by McVities. All of which are good quality & include a lemon cake & a chocolate cake. The cake is packaged in a plastic outer packet which is sealed & keeps it fresh. On the inside it is in a paper cake case. The Jamaica cake is very distinctive & unusual. It is very moist & soft. You can see how soft is is when you try to slice it as it doesn t cut that eaisly, it just absorbs the downward pressure. The cake has a really nice texture...

CheekyCharlie08 McVitie's Branston Pickle Flavoured Mini Cheddars
... they would but both tastes stand out individual. I wouldn t say the Mini Cheddars actually taste of Branston Pickle much but the flavour deffo reminds me of the pickle. Under that you can taste the normal flavour of Mini Cheddars and that is a lot smoother than the pickle flavour so calms the taste of the biscuits down a bit. The Mini Cheddars have the same texture as any of the others McVities make. They are small biscuits that feel smooth but a bit dusty as I put one in my mouth, the are lovely and crunchy but not too much and they don t crumble all down you as you bite and chew them. Maeztro Mc Vities Jaffa Cakes
... yum. Original Jaffa cakes are another food institution. A sponge based biscuit sized platform topped with an orange flavoured jam-like gel and coated on top with delicious chocolate. If you are an ill-disciplined muncher like myself, then Jaffa Cakes are quite ideal as apparently, as is said on the box, Jaffa Cakes do not contain much fat. I am not sure whether this is a ploy to make the muncher feel like it s ok to eat more than he/she should, but I will choose to believe this anyway, because it is psychologically beneficial for me and I wouldn t want to feel any guilt to find out, that perhaps it is not so good for me to eat a whole packet in one sitting (see bo...
