The first time I heard about almond butter was only recently when a nutritionist suggested it as a part of a healthy and balanced breakfast. Normally, I buy the supermarket brand or Sun-Pat peanut butter which contain additions like salt, glucose syrup, and added fat. However, the nutritionist I watched warned against consuming such products, and to be frank, I like the idea of buying pure nut butter, so I searched for it online. I found Meridian Almond Butter on Ethical Superstore <www.ethicalsuperstore.com> for £2.99.
