These are fantastic little chocolate treats for the whole family. They are long thin biscuit sticks with 4/5 of them covered in chocolate. You can hold them by the 1/5 that doesn't have chocolate and enjoy a unique chocolate treat that doesn't get chocolate all over your fingers. We recently had some toddlers round and noticed that the whole ... Read the complete review

Many, many years ago, when I was at university, I always used to enjoy the odd box of Mikado. These were delicious sticks of biscuit mostly covered in milk chocolate. Oh, how I loved those chocolate sticks! So imagine my surprise when recently there were advertisements on the telly box showing a 'new' product, biscuit sticks mostly ... Read the complete review

Mikado chocolate biscuits are a sweet Japanese snack available now in most corner shops and all supermarkets. They are simply 5 inch long wafer sticks dipped, quite literally, in a coating of delicious milk chocolate. They are very tasty, and since its easy just to help yourself to the one, which is more than can be said for most biscuits and ... Read the complete review

After being highly recommended by my sister I eventually got some Mikado, despite having very little knowledge of what they were. With B&M being a great place for a bargain these at less than 60p for 39g of them seemed to be cheaper than everywhere else, and it was finally time to see if she was right, or, as is often the case, wrong. The box ... Read the complete review

These have been flying off the shelves in recent weeks with the advertising campaign. However, I can't see what the fuss is about. They are handy to eat on the go, but the taste isn't anything special, with a biscuit that is too rich and overpowers the chocolate. Also, they are quite small and you need a lot to fill you up, not good for an on ... Read the complete review

I first spotted Mikado chocolate biscuits a few months ago. I had already read a few reviews about them, mostly negative, but decided to try them for myself. Mikado biscuits are made by Kraft foods and were launched in February 2009.They are sold as a snack food for customers on the go. You may have seen the amusing advert where a Japanese man ... It would seem that I am one of the few people in the country not to have seen the advert for Mikado chocolate sticks. I gather that it has been quite a successful advertising campaign and people have been greatly influenced by it. My reason for buying these, (and my reason for trying anything new these days) was to try and tempt my ... Read the complete review

I've seen loads of reviews on these lately, and seeing as I've eaten them myself I might as well jump on the bandwagon and throw in my own thoughts . You've probably seen them in your local shop, or at least seen the advert where the unfortunate Japanese lady reaches for a Mikado stick and accidentally ends up photocopying her ... I don't know what all the excitement is about Mikado biscuits because I think they taste dead cheap like proper poor ingredients have been used to make them but they're right expensive to buy. They are long thin biscuits that have been covered in chocolate but not all the way to the bottom so you can hold the biscuit bit and not get ... Read the complete review

I have read on here a few reviews on this product and there appeared to be a bit of a divided opinion on them. So whilst shopping in my local Sainsbury's I decided to give them a go. Well judging by the taste all I can say is thank god that Cadbury's told Kraft Foods what they could do with their take over offer. They will not be in my basket ... Read the complete review

Tried them....can't really see the point of them. The television advertisement is great, a Japanese man eats a Mikado biscuit stick in what looks like the copier room of a generic business. He then places them on a high shelf. A female worker comes in, sees the biscuits but can't reach them, she uses the copy machine as a leg up but ... Read the complete review

I was in Asda a couple of weeks ago doing my weekly shop and came across this product on offer. It was about 60p I think so thought why not give it a try. Mikado is a chocolate biscuit type product. It comes in a white box which has a picture of the product on the front. It also has the nutritional information on the front. On the side ... Read the complete review

I love these biscuits and find that once you open the packet you cannot stop eating them. From what other people have said about them they seem a marmite biscuit in that you either love them or hate them. Each 75g packet contains a foil bag (which keeps them fresh and crunchy) with about 30 2.3g biscuit sticks covered in yummy milk ... Read the complete review

Hello, My name is Penny Winstanley and I was absolutely horrified at the tv advertisement on ITV advertising the above product. I picked up a pack of Mikado Chocolate Biscuits after reading countless online reviews of them (good and bad) and stumbling across them for the bargain price of 60p in ASDA. Mikado is a new biscuit that has been lauched by Kraft. There appears to be much hype around these funny little biscuits and that's probably down to the clever £3 ... Read the complete review

Am I the only one who really does not like these "biscuits"?! We bought these biscuits when they were on the Tesco's introductory offer, however, despite the fact that they were relatively cheap, I still feel that they were not worth the money. I've been quite intrigued by these 'chocolate biscuit stick' treats for a while now, but after seeing their £2 price tag in Tesco, & some rather poor reviews here on trusty ol' DooYoo, I'd decided to give them a miss. That was until I saw them on offer at Asda for a mere 60p. I figured for that price I could at least give them a ... Read the complete review

The missus has been eyeing these treats up for a while now (she likes to try anything new that involves chocolate!), & after spotting them at Asda on offer at 60p a box last night, I decided to treat her to some...yes, I really am that romantic.... I was recently introduced to these biscuits by my sister who brought them with her on a trip to the theatre claiming they were "mess free sweets". They are Mikado chocolate covered biscuits by Kraft foods, a novel snack food for kids and adults. I wouldn't exactly call them sweets nor would I say they are like any other biscuit on the ...
