... an orange streak through the middle to show that it's 'diam' flavoured. The chocolate chunks are thinner than Cadburys Dairy Milk so are therefore easier to snap off. They have the name branded onto each chunk and when you break off a piece, you can see lots of shards of caramel coloured bits which is ofcourse the Diam. The chocolate is very milky and one of my favourite after Cadburys. As you chew through the chocolate, the diam gives it quite a nice crunchy texture texture and whilst the taste of the diam isn't rea...more

Premium Review Milka Daim Chocolate Bar: One of my new favourites! (291 words)

I have been craving Diam bars lately and found myself working through quite a few packets when they were in our local pound shop recently. It didn't help my waistline again when I saw this on offer at my local Sainsburys for jsut 67p. I found myself piling a few bars into my basket with the promise that I'd save it for over the Christmas period. I broke that promise last night and thats why I find myself reviewing the stuff. The bar is packaged in the lilac wrapper that makes Milka stand out from the rest but there is an orange streak through the middle to show that it's 'diam' flavoured. Premium Review I'd pay more than a Daim for a piece of this chocolate bar. (1000 words)

After hearing a few women talking about this chocolate bar at work I was prompted to pick some up and see for myself if it was just as nice as I had heard. Initially I found myself buying just the one bar to see what it was like and not waste my money but then I ended up going back the next day and purchasing 6 or 7 bars as it was on a fantastic special offer and I didn't want to miss out. Bargains hey! Packaging: The packaging of this chocolate initially looks just like any other bar; purple in colour with a picture of a cow & the Daim logo as well showing weight, nutritional information, ingredients and telling you that this packaging can be recycled. ...  Read the complete review

Milka Daim Chocolate Bar Description: Manufacturer: Milka / Type: Chocolate Bar I must start by explaining that I love both Dime (or Daim!) bars and Milka chocolate, so when Mr Siamese came home with a couple of these chocolate bars for me to try, I knew immediately that I was going to like it. The chocolate bars were 100g in size and he paid around £1.20 for one. I am not sure how readily available these are as I haven't seen them in the shops, but hopefully they will be easy to find. These ones came from Tesco so try there first if you are looking for them. As with all Milka bars, these come in purple wrappers with ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review It will always be Dime to me! (414 words)

Browsing in Tesco a couple of weeks ago I spotted a Milka bar that I was yet to try, I adore Milka chocolate and enjoy a Daim (Dime!) bar now and again so it sounded like the perfect combination to me. I have only seen them in the 100g blocks, but that is true of the majority of Milka bars so you'll just have to control yourself and show a little willpower! For some strange reason I had been expecting a solid piece of Daim (Dime!) caramel but instead it's small chunks which are dotted inside the chocolate itself. I enjoyed this but found the small pieces of Daim (Dime!) were a little hard and I felt my teeth jarring when I tried to bite through ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Milka Daim Chocolate Bar: Milka with dime makes a nice change (263 words)

This is a review of Milka Daim chocolate bar. Sorry it's another foodie review but all the books I've finished recently are not on the DooYoo list! I bought two 100g bars whilst on offer at Tesco for £1.50. The first bar (milk choc) was scoffed immediately but this one survived a couple of weeks in the fridge to my surprise. It has little bits of DIME bar chocolate inside so the chocolate tastes crunchy but in a nice way. Me and DH ate it over two days and we both thought it tasted nice. Milka chocolate is really sweet and milky (funny that) but with the added Dime bar - sorry, I just can't bring myself to write Daim, it just sounds ...  Read the complete review
