Many years ago, probably some time in the early nineties, I was an avid consumer of a chocolate treat resembling Minstrels. Only difference was, they were a mixture of milk and white chocolate "coins". I can't remember for the life of me what they were called (nor can the OH, though we've decided Mongrels would work), and to be honest, I'd kind of forgotten about them til last night. But anyone who can remember them will probably agree they were brilliant, especially the white ones.... Milkybar Moments are just like these! Available in 175g re-sealable pouches from Tescos at the moment for a diet-smashing 84p - usually £1.75. I love all things white ... Read the complete review

I'm sure everyone that has a sweet tooth for white chocolate is well aware of nestle milky bar products from; milky bar white buttons to milky bar bars, and no-one can deny that the adverts for milky bar grab your attention with the age old milky bar kid advertising this delicious white chocolate sweet snack that's not just for children. Well just recently I have found that Nestle have made an addition to the milky bar family with these new Milky bar white moments. WHAT ARE MILKY BAR WHITE MOMENTS Who here has tried Galaxy minstrels? Almost everyone I'd presume, delicious milk chocolate wrapped in a crispy sugar shell (I'm sure that's what ... Read the complete review

I first tried these about 3 months ago. I saw these on the end shelf in Asda, they were on offer for £1 per bag, and they were new, so all the reasons to buy them in my view. I've only seen these sold in the large hanging bags, which are 175g, and I think they retail around the £1.70 mark normally. These are made by Nestle and I like their White Chocolate products more than the Milk Chocolate ones. Luckily enough this is White Chocolate. The pouch is a cream colour and doesn't really stand out on the shelf. The Milky Bar branding is red and blue, so that park is bright and colourful enough. The bag is easy enough to open, and you just ... Read the complete review

These didn't appeal to me at all when Andrew choose them for his 'munch' at the weekend but me being me, I couldn't let him sit by and eat them all to himself. Yes, I am a typical wife! Milky bar moments are Nestle take on Galaxy Minstrels except that they have one major difference and that is they are made from white chocolate. They come in 175g bags and will set you back around £1.50 which isn't cheap but let me tell you that they are well worth it; this is coming from someone who isn't a lover of white chocolate. When the top is teared off, you are met with lots of little round balls that are slightly bigger than the average Minstrel. The ... Read the complete review
