Morrison's cous cous is something we use a lot of at home as it's such a lovely change from other carbohydrates... If you haven't tried it, it's made from tiny durum wheat semolina grains and is not dissimilar to rice in its structure - little grains that fluff up when cooked and are incredibly filling and a cheap change from potatoes, etc. This costs only 66p for a 500 gram bag which is packaged in a clear plastic wrapper with a plain front saying: 'Low in fat and sugar, a source of protein. I love rice so I love cous cous too as I think thy are very similar in texture but not flavour as cous cous is not as tasty as rive unless you add flavour to it... Morrisons do their own cous cous and it's a really cheap option to carbohydrates like pasta and potatoes which definitely costs a bit more than this and you get so much in a pack of this product as well!
