I can safely say that I would not recommend this lemon sponge pudding from Morrisons as it is definately not worth the money even though it was only £1 on special offer when I got it I can honestly say it was not worth 10p let alone the pound that I spent. I seem to be on a bit of a mission when it comes to sponge puddings! As the weather chills (not that it actually warmed up much for long) I start to fancy the occasional proper winter dessert. This one won't be on my list. Actually, I'd go as far as to say it was the worse sponge pudding I've ever tried. ~~What should a sponge pudding deliver?~~ It should be light on the tongue, and fluffy in texture.
