Advantages: nutritional and a cheap spread for toast and sandwiches

Disadvantages: peanut allergists cannot go near it

This is not a bad peanut butter spread for one of the cheaper brands. Obviously not in the same league as Sunpat but still quite good.
The spread itself obviously smells of peanuts and is quite appealing. The texture is a little wet and slightly oily to look at but when mixed up it is quite a good consistency.
The taste is less salty than some and has a very strong peanut flavour as indeed it should being a peanut spread. It is good on toast and tastes great with sliced banana in a sandwich, or with strawberry jam also in a sandwich or even on toast.
You can make cookies with it and cakes which are quite delicious too.
The cost is under a £1. and the benefits of this product are very good for you as they are packed full of nutrious things like protien and vitamins.
We love this product and use quite a lot of it.
Apparently there is a school of thought that you can make facial scrubs from the stuff too, which I think would be a bit sticky. But could be fun to try out.

We as a family give this item a good thumbs up.
