I've never really liked the taste of honey, however I recently decided I wanted to try a biscuit recipe that contained it, so on my next trip to Morrisons I had a look at what was available. This took at least 5 minutes in itself as there are just so many varieties on the shelves! I was drawn to Morrisons 'The Best' Australian Honey because of the description on the jar which says it has a "distinct toffee flavour & a hint of raisin".
