 ... don't have the handy ringpull opening like lots of cans but that wasn't a big deal. As we were in a rush this particualr lunch time, I decided that beans on toast would be a good quick easy meal and plus, our daughter loves it. I got the can opener and opened the can. I was quite surprised to see that there was plenty of beans in the can, there wasn't too much sauce and the sauce was a nice thick (but not too thick) consistency. All for 29p! Baked beans are something which can be found in most kitchen cupboards. I always make sure we have a couple of cans in 'for just in case' as we all know how handy they come in. I don't generally buy the big brand names unless they are on some kind of offer but just usually choose the middle of the road ones for around 45p a can. When I went shopping at morrisons a few weeks ago, the bright yellow label of the Morrisons Value beans caught my eye, 'Why not' I thought and picked up a couple of cans and thought we would give them a go, especially as seen as they cost 29p a can.
