Morrisons Sponge mIx is in a slightly different packet to the Victoria Sponge cake but the dooyoo team have sent this link through so here goes. Having taken early retirement I am having to cut back on a few luxuries like fresh cream cakes from the local bakers. So with more time on my hands I have decided to make my own cakes and puddings. I have started buying Morrisons sponge mix as I have a local Morrisons store, but I am sure the other main supermarkets will sell a similar product.
