Advantages: Taste great, look nice

Disadvantages: Some of the stuff from this range i havent really liked as much and it is slightly expensive

PACKAGING

These come in a long cardboard box with various different colours of pink occupying the front of it. :Angel slices" is written on the front of it and the word "angel" is written in quite fancy writing with a halo above the letter a. Also written on the front it tells you that it has "no artificial colours" or flavours and is twin packed for freshness. Inside there is six angel slices and two in each packet. The packets have a plastic covering and the slices are in a little plastic container inside it.

THE SLICES

The slices are very fancily made each has a layer of pink and white icing on top. The pink icing is swirled decoratively over the main icing which is the white type. Underneath this there is a yellow sponge and a layer of vanilla then another layer of sponge which is pink.

MY OPINION

I love these they are my favourite and the odd thing is i haven't liked much of the other Mr Kipling stuff. My mum would always buy them in and after trying one type that i didn't like it put me of them entirely. Until i tried these, one day when i was feeling very hungry "i tried these" and i am glad that i did. I look back and i can remember looking at the boxes these come in and thinking how nice they looked but after tasting the type which i really disliked, i avoided them like the plague. I really wish i had tried these sooner because now i get this particular type all of the time and i have since also tried the French fancies which are also lovely. These taste nice, look nice and all in all they are a wonderful treat. I think that the packaging these come in is lovely and the slices themselves are very well made and would be particularly nice for special occasions. Although the other Mr Kipling food products didn't appeal to me as much as these ones did. There is a wide range of different types available and i am sure there is one to suit everyone. I think even though they are quite fancy they are slightly over priced though.

PRICE

At the minute all of the food available from the Mr Kipling range is on offer in tesco. You can get any two for £2.30

Summary: These are lovely
