Mr Kipling Carrot Cake Slices

I love carrot cake and when I saw some Mr Kipling carrot cake slices I had to buy some because I'd never seen them before. You get 6 in a pack for about £1.39 and the slices are a decent size. They are sponge cakes that have got grated carrot and pieces of walnut in it, there's the normal carrot cake icing on the top and they have been decorated with orange swirly icing like some of the other Mr Kipling cakes. The flavour of these is wicked, the carrot cake slices are lovely and sweet but not too much and they're not sickly at all. A few weekends ago Dave and I were manning a stall selling Lifeboat souvenirs at our local theatre, Venue Cymru, where there was a Rotary Conference. Clearly we needed to take some snacks with us to keep us going and I decided to get a packet of Mr Kipling Carrot Cake Slices amongst other things, as Dave loves carrot cake!
