This is yet another review of a cake making kit, I often buy them because when my friends bring their kids round they like to make cakes and it is far easier to use a pre-weighed kit than getting them to do it all from scratch as young children do often get it wrong and make a real mess. These kits are a great way of teaching them how to cook without the messy bits, a lot easier. I normally buy a kit from Green's as they really do make the best quality ones and I have never had a problem with any of their products before.
