I have to say I'm a big fan of Muller Light Yoghurts and have tried most of the flavours. One of the regular ones on my shopping list is the Banana & Custard yoghurt. These yoghurts are recommended by Slimming World as they are fat free but while they stint on the fat they certainly don't stint on the flavour. Muller Light Banana & Custard yoghurt comes in a bowl shaped 200g plastic pot with a foil peel off lid. On the lid is the red logo with Muller written in white writing. Now, you all know the story, I'm sure we've all been there at some time or another. A number of weeks before holiday you've decided it's time to shift that weight. Then someone suggests a takeaway/going for a meal/a packet of crisps (lol) and you think oh go on I can't start next week. Before you know it you've got only 4 weeks left and you've not lost 1lb - well okay you have because you put on and lose 1lb in the space of a few hours every day but you've not lost any REAL amount of weight. After wading my way through all the flavours possible with the fantastic offer on Müller Light yoghurts at Asda, the Smooth Banana and Custard option was one of the last I tried. The image of the thin banana slices on the lid gave no indication as to what the contents stored inside the pale yellow pot looked like, but in my mind I imagined it to resemble more of a custard-yellow in colour, as apposed to a 'banana' shade. Sitting myself down, I peeled off the lid to reveal the contents stored inside. Indeed, I was correct!
