Muller Crunch Corner Strawberry Shortcake

Description: Manufacturer: Muller / Type: Dessert

The idea is to fold the pack in half and put the shortbread into the yoghurt, mix it in then eat all in one go. The best thing about crunch corners is that they are very generous with their toppings, they give you enough of the chocolatey bit to satisfy the yoghurt. The strawberry yoghurt and white chocolate shortbread really compliment each other. The tw...more

Whilst craving some good old strawberry cheesecake, but not being able to eat it because of giving up junk food, I decided to go for a strawberry shortcake yogurt instead. Surely it would fulfill my cravings, no? The Muller Strawberry Shortcake Crunch Corner (or whatever order those words go in..) comes in a white plastic split pot, containing 2/3 strawberry milkshake flavoured yogurt, 1/3 white chocolate covered, crunchy, shortcake balls. Yet again, muller have changed the design on the lid since the product being uploaded to Dooyoo. Just like the rest of the crunch corners, the lid is blue and white with the muller crunch corner logo on the front. On the ...  Read the complete review

I'm not very keen on the Müller Crunch Corner range, they're a tad sickly for me and a bit too big - I like small yoghurts as a light snack and these tend to fill me up. My husband loves them though and he often buys the pack of 6 which includes the strawberry shortcake selection. He prefers the chocolate ones so he ended up eating all of these and leaving the strawberry ones to peril at the back of the fridge. To stop them from going to waste I thought I'd try one and I was surprisingly satisfied and actually really enjoyed it. Now I have them all the time, almost every day, and always put a few in my basket every time I do a shop. This dessert is a ...  Read the complete review

There's no doubt about it; one of my favourite yoghurt flavours is the delicious sweet taste of strawberry. Whether its smooth or fruity, I don't mind, and you can imagine my excitement when I discovered the Müller Crunch Corner Strawberry Shortcake yoghurt! Appropriately, the lid of this particular dessert is a gorgeous girly shade of pink - my favourite colour, much appealing! Though, was it just as attractive inside? Removing the lid with minimum effort, the split pot in front of me was filled to the brim with a delicious looking treat. In the larger section was a bright pink yoghurt (reminded me of Pepto-Bismol!) which had a strong strawberry sweet aroma ...  Read the complete review

Along with my husband my three year old son has gone mad on the product I am about to review, of course the variety my son enjoys is the sweet version in oppose to the ones my husband eats which are the healthy balance ones..... No idea yet? The product I will now review is "Muller crunch corner - strawberry shortcake" ~~~~~~ THE PACKAGING ~~~~~~~ Anyone familiar with this brand will be aware of how the yoghurt pots are segmented, for the clueless among you the pots are square in shape with there being two triangular shaped sections inside. The larger of the two triangles takes up 2/3 of the pot and holds the yoghurt and the ...  Read the complete review

As part of the weekly shop, we normally buy yoghurts and Tescos frequently has offers for the Muller range of yoghurts. Last weekend we bought 6 crunch corners of various varieties for £2. One of the flavours was the strawberry shortcake variety. What is it? A slightly unusual yoghurt flavour, this is described as "strawberry milkshake flavour yoghurt with white chocolate coated shortcake balls." Packaging and appearance: The configuration of this pot is similar to other crunch corners. The pot weighs 150 g and is covered by a foil lid. One section contains a thickish, creamy yoghurt, with a corner containing the shortcake ...  Read the complete review
