Advantages: Tastes wonderful!
Disadvantages: Quite a few calories.....
Having recently changed jobs, I'm in a position now where i have to take my own lunch into work rather than popping out to the shops. I'm finding it hard to not get bored with the same thing to eat every day so I thought I'd try things that I never normally eat and yoghurt is one of them!
I used to eat Muller corners when I was younger so these seemed like the perfect starting place as I remembered how much I enjoyed playing around tipping the fruity corner into the yoghurt! Little things and little minds! The main difference between the yoghurts I remembered and now is the vast amount to choose from! After much deliberation I plumped for 'Strawberry Shortcake'
After lifting the foil from the yoghurt I was quite surprised, the yoghurt itself is a colourfull baby pink! The aroma floating up from the pot was amazing, very sweet and smelled just like strawberry milkshake. In the smaller segment is the white chocolate coated balls. I tipped the chocolate balls into the yoghurt and started....
The yoghurt was smooth and creamy with a very distinct taste of strawberry. Mixing it with the white chocolate covered biscuit balls gave it a whole new texture though. The smoothness of the yoghurt combined with the crunch of the balls was very nice and they complement each other perfectly. I did try eating them separately, the yoghurt was just as tasty on it's own possibly even nicer as it enhanced the creaminess, not being tainted by the white balls. The ball on their own very also nice, but a bit dry and they tasted nicer when mixed with the yoghurt.
Each pot contains 206kcal and 7.9g of fat, so no good if you're dieting, but great for an occasional snack.
Summary: Gorgeous strawberry yoghurt
