Advantages: tasty
Disadvantages: calories
Yoghurt, Thats what I am going to eat for my lunch today.
Muller fruit corner cherry yoghurt. It come in a square shaped plastic tub with a foil lid. The lid is coloured appropriate to the flavour of the yoghurt.
Some of the flavours are cherry; strawberry, peach and apricot, blueberry, blackberry and raspberry apparently there are now 21 flavours in the fruit corner range.
The pots contains 175 grams my favourite the cherry one contained 110 calories per 100g. The calcium quantity is good though more than a quarter of the daily-recommended amount
In each tub there is a corner section that has a divide between it and the yoghurt this contains the fruit the fruit pieces are in syrup.
Most of these fruit corners are suitable for vegetarians a few are not.
So I have the top peeled my spoon at the ready first a spoonful of yoghurt. The yoghurt is thick smooth and cream it is a light flavour. Now I dip my spoon into the corner ,I mix and swirl it around in the tub then take a spoonful of yoghurt mixed with the cherry it is lovely quite sweet tasty.
I buy my yoghurt at Tesco where it costs 38p. I have seen this yoghurt available at other supermarkets and food stores too, so it is easy to find.
I did not post this before lunch I have now eaten my yoghurt and wish I had another one .
Summary: nice creamy yoghurt with a fruit corner
