This is another of the Muller products I picked up whilst shopping at the weekend and is one I've never actually tried before so here goes.... Packaging: The yogurt comes in a plastic white & yellow pot. The pot is covered with the usual foil lid with a picture of some slices of banana on it. The pot tells us that it weighs 200g that there are 106 calories per pot, that it's fat free and that each pot will provide you with 31% of your Recommended Daily Amount of calcium. The ingredients for this flavour are: Yogurt, Water, Banana Puree (3%), Fructose, Modified Maize Starch, Inulin, Gelatine, Flavourings, Colours: Carotenes, ... Read the complete review

As you'll know from reading my previous reviews, I'm a bit of a fan of the more unhealthy Mullers - the Crunch Corners and the Custard Rice. However I'm off on hols in two weeks so in an effort to have some semblance of a 'beach body' I've switched to the less-calorific (albeit not as filling) Muller Lights. I was surprised to pull this Banana and Custard flavour from my bag this morning though as I didn't previously know it existed - I thought I was picking up the Vanilla variety in the shop! This comes in the usual large round Muller pot, with a white foil lid and an image of some slices of banana. I was relieved to see that it's described as a smooth ... Read the complete review

When I'm sat down of an evening I always find that I get a craving for something sweet. In a bid to try and be a bit more healthy and loose a few pounds my hubby and I have been eating a bowl full of fresh fruit most evenings with a Muller light yogurt. My hubby is very predictable and will always go for the toffee flavour but I like to mix it up a little. Last night was the turn of the banana and custard flavour. The yogurt comes in the standard Muller light pot which is bigger than a normal yogurt and contains 200g. The lid is made of silver foil and has a lovely picture of some yellow, sliced banana's on it. There is a yellow and theme on the side of the ... Read the complete review

I read a very interesting article on MSN a few days ago about different ways to boost your metabolism, and so help your weight loss. I am on a diet and am trying to lose weight, so I am keen to do all that I can that was mentioned in the article in order to help me with my goal. Along with some advice which I had already heard, such as sleep more, eat breakfast and so on, one piece of advice which was new to me grabbed my attention, and I decided to give it a go. This advice was to eat more dairy products. According to the article, a study published in the American Society for Nutritional Sciences Journal of Nutrition, women who consumed milk, yoghurt and cheese several ... Read the complete review

I recently read a review about Muller Light Smooth Banana and Custard Yoghurt and I realised that, although this is one of my favourite flavours I hadn't actually reviewed it yet! How remiss of me! As I have said before whilst Dave and I are losing weight and getting into new healthy eating regime we eat a lot of the Muller Light Yoghurts to satisfy our sweet tooth. What we usually do is make sugar free raspberry jelly pour it over frozen raspberries and then put the yoghurt on the top to make a dessert similar to a trifle. This yoghurt being banana and custard flavour really does make for a trifle type of taste to the whole thing. The full name of ... Read the complete review
