And I considered myself a yogurt fan! When I thought I had sampled all the Müller Light yoghurts available, I stumbled across a pot I did not recognise! The coloured strip of this particular one was a deep plum purple shade, quite attractive and standing out against some of the duller, paler shades. On the lid, I noticed an image of some rather juicy looking berries! It turned out I had just discovered the Blackcurrant Müller Light! I've never been overjoyed by the taste of Blackcurrant; I'd enjoy the occasional carton of Ribena or a bowl of jelly as a child, but other than that the taste flies past me. Though, I was determined to give this one a go, to ... Read the complete review

I was shopping in Tesco the other week and was collecting various flavours of Muller Light yoghurts and guess what? I actually found a flavour that I had not yet tried. The flavour that I am talking about is Muller Light Blackcurrant Fat Free Yoghurt and I have just tried it. Now I have always liked blackcurrants, I even used to grow them when we had a big garden many years ago, but I wasn't convinced about the idea of blackcurrant yoghurt. I was, however, looking forward to giving it a try and finding out. As with all the other flavours the plastic pot is much wider than a conventional yoghurt pot which makes getting at the ... I have been avoiding this yogurt in my search to find the best Muller Light on the shelf. It just hasn't appealed to me but the other day I fancied a change and decided to take a risk. Last time I took a risk on one of the Muller Lights it didn't pay off but I have recently recovered from that ordeal and thought that I may beable to risk another kick in the teeth if it turned out that way. I think I may have explained this one hundred times before but here is a brief outline of the yogurt. It is fat free and contains 100 calories. This 200g pot contains 27% of your daily calcium intake but it also contains aspartame so beware. I would consider ... Read the complete review

I read a very interesting article on MSN a few weeks ago about different ways to boost your metabolism, and so help your weight loss. I am on a diet and am trying to lose weight, so I am keen to do all that I can that was mentioned in the article in order to help me with my goal. Along with some advice which I had already heard, such as sleep more, eat breakfast and so on, one piece of advice which was new to me grabbed my attention, and I decided to give it a go. This advice was to eat more dairy products. According to the article, a study published in the American Society for Nutritional Sciences Journal of Nutrition, women who consumed milk, yoghurt and cheese several ... Read the complete review

I do enjoy my yoghurt but lately I have noticed the pounds starting to pile on so I thought I would try a lower calorie option and so I bought a four pack of Muller Light Blackcurrant yoghurt which cost me around the £2 mark, reckon 50p a pot is about right for this product. Yoghurts can be quite healthy as they contain calcium however too much sugar can offset the benefits. However this fat free product means you do not have to feel guilty about enjoying it. It does have a nice creamy texture and there is a nice strong blackcurrant flavour to the youghurt. It has a purple colour to it and small bits of the fruit speckled in it. There is a nice tangy taste ... Read the complete review
