Muller Light Lemon Cheesecake Flavour Yoghurt. This has 62 calories per 100g with 0.2g fat, 0.1g of which are saturates. Muller Lights are always on offer in the Supermarket, but I never seem to buy them. I brought a variety of flavours, and Lemon Cheesecake flavour was the first one out of my fridge. This is very creamy and smooth with little lumps of biscuit floating around. The flavour is really good; it actually tastes like lemon cheesecake, which is surprising. Our house is in diet mode at the moment. The wife joined a slimming club in November, and credit where credit is due, there is now a lot less of her to admire. Along the way, she has found many foods which are good alternatives to traditional high fat, high calorie choices, and which she claims are just as nice, if not nicer than the 'bad' choices. She has tried to get me to try many of these 'good' foods, and in truth, the only one I have eaten and enjoyed was the Fruit Halo, produced by Muller. I am here to tell the dieters amongst you that I have found an absolute gem! It is a dessert that tastes gorgeous but has relatively few calories and hardly any fat! So what is it I hear you ask? It?s Muller Light Fruit Halo and I am addicted already. To start at the beginning I was in our local Costcutter shop and saw a twin pack of these desserts on special offer at just 49p. Since it was made by Muller and was one of their Muller Light range I thought it would be good quality and appropriate for me being an overweight diabetic, so I decided to try it.
