I have been wanting to write this review for ages, however ciao took about a month deciding weather or not to accept the bloomin' thing! Much to my delight though, I recieved an email yesterday telling me my "Smooth Peach" had been accepted! About time too! I have enjoyed Muller yogurts from a very young age. It all started when I was about 5 years old and I went to stay with my grandparents for a week while my mum was in hospital. This week was the first time I was ever introduced to Muller. My first experience being with Muller Corners! I devoured many a crunch corner in my younger years, and then when I was about eleven I discovered the Muller ... Read the complete review

Yesterday afternoon I was really struggling with my eating and really, really wanted to eat rubbish. I fought it for a while then I remembered I had one of these in the fridge so decided to eat it and see if that satisfied my craving. The yogurt comes in a nice big 200g pot with a foil lid. On the lid is a pture of some peaches that have been sliced into quarters. If you look at the nutritional information then you will find that the pot is free from any fat and contains just 94 calories. It also contains around 30% of your daily calcium intake. Taking all this into account, it could be a really great snack! When I opened the lid I was met with a ... Read the complete review

I read a very interesting article on MSN a few days ago about different ways to boost your metabolism, and so help your weight loss. I am on a diet and am trying to lose weight, so I am keen to do all that I can that was mentioned in the article in order to help me with my goal. Along with some advice which I had already heard, such as sleep more, eat breakfast and so on, one piece of advice which was new to me grabbed my attention, and I decided to give it a go. This advice was to eat more dairy products. According to the article, a study published in the American Society for Nutritional Sciences Journal of Nutrition, women who consumed milk, yoghurt and cheese several ... Read the complete review

Muller Light Yoghurt Peach Flavour...... I have been trying to eat a bit better now for almost a couple of months and have lost nearly a stone. Or course it has been hard work on the eating front and I have been doing a lot of exercise also. However I have found these Muller yoghurts to be a god send in so far as hey are around 100 calories and virtually fat free. They are a good size portion giving 200 grams per pot and this I find fills me up nicely for a few hours. The pot is a good design and I always have no trouble in removing the lid to reveal the creamy yoghurt held inside. The Peach flavoured yoghurt is probably one of my ... Read the complete review

I am partial to a yogurt now and again so when I was in Sainsbury's yesterday and saw a pile of Muller Light that had been reduced to 19p each I decided to take this opportunity and try some of the flavours that I have not eaten before. I don't know why they were reduced so much because they were well in date and the pots were not damaged in any way. I picked a peach yogurt because I am not always very keen on this flavour of yogurt as I find the peach flavour is usually bland and nothing at all like the fresh taste of real peaches. I ate my yogurt for breakfast this morning and can now say I am a peach yogurt convert! Unlike most Muller ... Read the complete review
