Advantages: Healthy

Disadvantages: Strawberry content is a bit poor

After recently going on a healthy eating binge I decided to give these yoghurts a try and, to be honest, they're not overly bad.

I used to eat quite a few of the Muller Fruit corners so thought this would just be a healthier alternative and would hopefully taste about the same.

The first thing I noticed is that the pot is now more pot shaped (if that makes sense). The whole pot is round unlike the triangular shape of the fruit corner. I do find this makes it easier to get all the yoghurt as none gets stuck in the corners.

In terms of looks, its not all that different to a fruit corner, just a different layout. Instead of the fruit being in a little pot next to the yoghurt, it is located underneath the yoghurt so in order to mix it in you just need to give the whole pot a stir.

In terms of the yoghurt itself, it is quite watery compared to the normal non healthy ones. It is quite thick but when you eat it then you realise it doesn't taste as bad as it looks.

The strawberry is a bit of a disappointment to be honest. In the fruit corner, the strawberry was a lovely red colour and I thought it taste really nice. In this one however it tastes quite bland. Also, gone are the large chunks or strawberry and instead they have just put tiny bits of strawberry in there which is barely noticeable (except when you get it stuck in your teeth).

The whole aim of these yoghurts is to mix it all up. After I gave it a bit of a stir then the yoghurt tasted a lot better. The taste of the strawberry and vanilla (I think) yoghurt made the whole experience much easier to handle. On their own, the two elements of the yoghurt aren't too great but when mixed in, they give a really nice, quite refreshing taste. The yoghurt keeps its thickness but when you eat it then you get a nice strawberry taste.

As these are the 'Light' yoghurts they are fairly healthy as you'd expect with each 175g pot weighing at a decent 95 calories and the whole thing being fat free.

Don't get me wrong, this isn't going to get you through a long period of being hungry, but I do find it works very well for that 11 o clock snack break that so many people have!

Summary: Undecided!
