Advantages: Price, taste, smoothness

I love Muller yoghurts and have tried many different varieties but straight to my number 1 must go the Muller Light Smooth Toffee yoghurt. This yoghurt is fat free, rich in calcium and only carries 100 calories per pot so for those out there that are looking for a lovely tasting snack on the go that will not affect their waistline this is definitely one I would recommend for you.

It is a 200g yoghurt which is delivered in a round-based packaging which is quite wide towards the top but reasonable to store in a lunch box. If you do try this yoghurt or any other in the Muller Light range, be careful when opening it as I always seem to find that I am getting flicked with some of the contents in the yoghurt pot! But once you crack open this little beauty your taste buds will come to life.

As with many Muller yoghurts there always seems to be a build up of it around the top edge of the pot which I always try to get rid of as I have found if I mix it with the yoghurt it can go slightly lumpy which is obviously against the smooth toffee way of things. I find that the yoghurt is very unset and on the spoon it does drip and is not a set yoghurt as such - it is very runny - but that does not take anything away from the taste. Just before I properly go into the taste I must say that this is one of the only yoghurts that I have had which is filled all the way up to the top. The taste is not overwhelming at all but after a few seconds in the mouth you really do get that taste of toffee. It goes very easily down your throat and leaves a really nice aftertaste. What makes this a little bit more special is that I am not a great fan of toffee but that I am in love with these yoghurts and they definitely, after having one, leave a lasting impression which makes you want more and more. If you are a person who seems to get caught up in what you are eating I would be careful as these yoghurts are highly addictive and one never seems to be enough.

Many supermarkets hold deals like 4 yoghurts for £2. They usually market at around 52p in stores like Asda and Tesco but at present you can pick one up in Asda for a fantastic price of 30p a yoghurt.

Summary: Don't miss out, definitely give this one a try. Happy eating!
