Disadvantages: None that i know of..
Fat free, with 33% of your recommended daily allowance of Calcium, and no artificial flavours or colourings, it's the perfect tasty yogurt that's great for your waistline.
Muller Light comes in several different flavours including ; Cherry, Vanilla, Toffee, Banana and Custard, Strawberry, Blackcurrant, Rhubarb, Raspberry and Cranberry, Wild Blueberry, Peach and one of the newest flavours ,Vanilla and Dark Chocolate. All are fat free and low in calories.
- Packaging -
The yogurts come in a small white pot with a foil sealed lid for freshness. Whatever the flavour is, there is a picture of the main ingredient, I.e. : Strawberry's or Vanilla Pods etc. Each flavour has a different colour theme on the pot, in the case of Vanilla it's a creamy yellow colour, just like the yogurt itself. The ingredients are stated clearly on the back, as is the nutritional information. In big bold writing on the side of the pot is all the goodness that the yogurt has, the fat free, rich in calcium etc.
The tub holds 200g of yogurt and is completely recyclable.
- Price -
The yoghurts normally retail at around 54p for the 200g pots, but are currently on offer at Asda at 4 for £2. I recently took advantage of this offer on my last shopping trip and bought 8 tubs.
Unlike a lot of other 'healthy' yogurts, Muller light has always been value for money and there are various multipacks available to buy. Muller light - chocolate flavour is currently retailing at £2.93 for 6x165g pots, some multipack flavours are cheaper than others for some reason.

- What I Think Of It -
I absolutely love Muller yoghurts! I used to be a big fan of the Muller crunch corners, but when I saw how good for you the Mullerlight ones are, I thought I'd give them a try. Vanilla is my favourite flavour, some people might say it's bland but I love them! A simple sweet taste that your taste buds will love!
Unlike a lot of 'healthy' yogurts, Mullerlight has several different flavours, even flavours for people with a sweet tooth like myself. There's chocolate flavour, toffee etc. So you're not always having to eat the same old fruity yogurts. Plus the pots are so much bigger than most of the yogurts around at the moment. I can't stand the tiny pots of yogurt that with 2 spoonfuls' they're gone. That's why I like Mullerlight, it's a generous portion of yogurt that leaves you feeling satisfied. With it's thick and creamy texture, and a sweet taste, it leaves you wanting more, and if you're wanting more then go for it! You don't have to feel guilty for doing so because the yogurts are so low in fat!
I'd recommend anyone to try Mullerlight yogurts, there's plenty of offers around in the supermarkets try some new flavours you never know what you might like!
Thanks for reading :)
Summary: Yum Yum!
