I'd just finished a rather delicious tuna and sweetcorn sandwich for lunch, and I was still feeling a little bit peckish. Fortunately for me, I had recently been to Asda and had taken advantage of their '12 for £3' deal with their Muller Light yoghurts, and the lower shelf of my fridge was well stocked up with a selection of different flavours to please me. Which did I want though? This was the problem! My eyes sifted over all the lids, each one holding a different appetizing image. I found my eyes stopping over one particular pot. On the lid was displayed a selection of blueberries, under the 'fruity' label. It was none other than the Wild Blueberry Muller ... Read the complete review

And here it is - the latest offering from Muller in their Mullerlight range - Wild Blueberry! I am a huge fan of yoghurt and currently eat 3 - 4 in one day alone so choosing low fat, healthy varieties are important to me. I haven't yet found a Mullerlight flavour that I do not like so I fully expected to enjoy the Wild Blueberry and I was not disappointed. It is an exciting light purple colour and is packed with real blueberries (the yoghurt is 8% fruit) and it actually tastes like real blueberries and that is always a plus! The yoghurt is virtually fat free, contains only 94 calories for a 200g pot and contain 32% of your daily recommended calcium ... Read the complete review

Yoghurt is the perfect food for all times of the day. Whether its an accompaniment to your bowl of cereal or toast at breakfast, a mid morning treat, or a pudding for after a meal, it really is very versatile. One of my favourite brands of yoghurt are Muller and I am particularly fond of the Muller Light variety. Muller Lights can be found in all Supermarkets including Asda and Tesco. They are often found in little shops such as Superdrug and Boots too as well as hospital and airport canteens and sometimes little newsagents or petrol stations. They can always be found in the fridges which is the perfect and really the only place for them to be ... Read the complete review

I am eating a lot of yogurt at the moment so when I saw the Müller range on Buy 4 Get 4 Free offer in Morrisons I decided to stock up on the Müller Lights which I like because they are extremely low fat and are larger than other low fat yogurts so keep me feeling full for longer. I was curious about the Wild Blueberry variety as I adore blueberries but find they don't always work well when used in other foods, I bought a pot to sample and honestly couldn't wait to dig in after I'd convinced myself to try it! The yogurt itself is a vibrant purple colour and smells quite fruity, I can't say I can actually pick out blueberries in the aroma but it's ... Read the complete review

I read a very interesting article on MSN a few days ago about different ways to boost your metabolism, and so help your weight loss. I am on a diet and am trying to lose weight, so I am keen to do all that I can that was mentioned in the article in order to help me with my goal. Along with some advice which I had already heard, such as sleep more, eat breakfast and so on, one piece of advice which was new to me grabbed my attention, and I decided to give it a go. This advice was to eat more dairy products. According to the article, a study published in the American Society for Nutritional Sciences Journal of Nutrition, women who consumed milk, yoghurt and cheese several ... Read the complete review
